This is the first time that we used a company to help us pack our home- best decision we did with this move. The communication piece was very easy and clear, they even sent us reminders and advised us what to pack for the first day in the place as everything else will be packed :) A team of 2 people arrived about 15 min before time, they did a quick walkthrough where we showed them everything and that was it. They split the job between them, then, quietly and quickly they packed it all, we didn’t notice they were there. They were super professional, and friendly. The thing that made the biggest difference for us was the fact that they put stickers on each box detailing exactly what is in there, it was very helpful when we unpacked! Every box had placement directions on them, fragile labels where needed, and the organization of the items inside the boxes was great! I was worried for some kitchen items but it all arrived safe and nicely packaged! Like many people, moving is a very stressful process. But, I contacted Vancouver In The Box and it was a life saver. They came in the morning and by mid afternoon everything was packed. Hiring Vancouver in the box made our long distance/ferry moved that much easier and stress free. They arrived on time with all the necessary supplies, the team was very professional and hard working, they packed everything in record time. They label all the boxes appropriately in an efficient manner that allows the movers to load and unload in less time, and made it easier for us to know what each box contained, which made unpacking that much easier. The owner is very knowledgeable and has great communication and customer service. They are aware of regulations when moving by ferry and overseas. All our items were safely packed and arrived in one piece with no damaged. The staff is really well trained and also offer great communication and customer service. If you are moving and want to take off some stress and work off your hands, don't doubt in hiring their services, they are amazing!!! The team packed carefully, including some very fragile, irreplaceable items, and labelled all the boxes for the other end with a colour-coded map. On packing day they brought all boxes and supplies, did a walk through to find out how to label according to the new layout. Everything was packed and labelled very efficiently .
